During the past 16 years our staff has processed hundreds of projects successfully. This process includes an initial consultation with the developer, lender, management company, homeowner’s association, sales and marketing groups, etc. in order to determine their project approval needs. Through this consultation we are able to understand the project and provide the steps needed in order to achieve approval of the project. After the initial consultation we will then underwrite the project documents in order to determine compliance with the various agency guidelines. We continue to correspond with the developer and other interested parties to keep them current on the project status.
